Relync diaspora

Relync diaspora is a relatively new way to invest in real estate. It is designed to aid Ugandans in the diaspora with intentions to repatriate their earnings back home into real estate safely. We develop and custom design investment strategies for individuals, unions and associations to achieve short, medium and long term goals while minimising risk exposure and attaining optimal returns.

The platform is designed to avail the Ugandan diaspora with the most accurate sector performance information and indicators in addition to emerging opportunities in the country.

With our expert inhouse and associate teams of professionals, we advise Ugandans in the diaspora on how to tap into the lucrative real estate sector without the hassles of using unqualified and incompetent personnel. We further, help active and potential developers diversify investment portfolios and provide competitive returns while ensuring that our clientʼs interests are protected and our clientele can enjoy the perks of their investment without the slightest worry of risk.

Relync diaspora is a product of Relync Technologies (U) Limited in partnership with Pesh and Dean Uganda limited a real estate investment advisory firm operational since 2015.

After completing a bachelorʼs degree in Land economics at makerere University in 2015, he was enrolled as a valuation surveyor in salem appraisal an indigenous real estate firm where he was exposed to vast experience with in the real estate profession ranging from secured lending for a number of financial institutions, asset valuations for private individuals and government. He was also employed by Kampala Capital City Authority under the Computer Aided Mass Valuation Project supervised by The Kampala Institutional and Infrastructural Development Project (Kiidp) II

With a wealth of professional experience through various industry exercises such as; valuations for secured lending for several financial institutions, Compulsory Land Acquisition, Rental Assessments and Tax Property Assessments for Local Governments and individual clients seeking professional guidance on the subject cause. He has also been engaged in several valuations for Insurance and Market Value and has also partaken in several site acquisition projects, corporate brokerage and property and Market analysis for investment appraisal.

A Professional Valuation Surveyor with 5 yearsʼ experience In Uganda. He has ammersed vast experience from having worked on different diverse projects that encompass secured lending, Asset Valuation, Compensation (Land Acquisition) and Ratings Exercises. He is currently employed by Kampala Capital City Authority under the Computer Aided Mass Valuation Project supervised by The Kampala Institutional and Infrastructural Development Project (Kiidp). He has also previously Worked with Newplan Limited, Regents Property Consultants and Sm-Cathan Property Consultants

Currently pursing a post graduate diploma in aproject planning and management Mr Kasirivu has also pertaken in several site acquisition projects, corporate brokage and both property and market analysis for investment appraisal
